Over more than 4 years, Dusk Network has grown into a scale-up with approximately 40 co-workers. My main responsibility is managing HR policies and overseeing the execution of all HR processes and systems.
• HR: Developed the entire HR structure and strategy with the goal of creating a healthy, efficient, sustainable, and safe work environment. Organizational culture is highly important at Dusk and always remains a top priority.
• Recruitment: Responsible for all recruitment activities within the organization, from creating job postings to successful hiring.
• IT: Played a key role in managing IT systems and processes. This included implementing tools such as Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Mailblue, Trello, Discord, Adobe Suite, Microsoft 365, Exact Online, and more.
